JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its internal Infrastructure Platforms engineering unit in Bangalore. In this crucial platform role, you will design, architect, and optimize scalable full-stack tools and core microservices that power the firm's global engineering ecosystem. You will automate core deployment workflows, build internal monitoring platforms, and drive operational efficiency to eliminate manual bottlenecks for developer teams. This role heavily features modern SDLC standards, including using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate data architecture evaluation, ensure code tracing/auditability, and establish automated data validation routines.

Requirements:

  • Formal technical training or engineering certification combined with 3+ years of professional full-stack application development experience (specifically focused on developer platform or infrastructure tooling).
  • Strong hands-on engineering proficiency in backend or frontend modern programming languages (such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go).
  • Proven experience developing web applications, standing up microservices, building secure RESTful APIs, and handling relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) database clusters.
  • Direct experience leveraging enterprise-approved AI tools to support data architecture workflows, write high-quality documentation, and execute strict data sanitization principles.
  • Complete familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure automation workflows, and building automated test coverage.
  • Ability to conduct technical code reviews, mentor junior peers, collaborate cross-functionally across operations, and present technical recommendations clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with production-level container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) and platform observability/logging frameworks.
